We help individuals expand their vision and open possibilities to a life they couldn’t have imagined. 1:1 BUDGET COACHING
Everyone should be aiming towards financial freedom. Whether you are on the right track and ready to get to the next level or are recovering form financial hardship our budget coaching program will help you get there.
YOUTH SERVICES
Our youth need to be equipped for the basic essentials of life outside of the traditional academic curriculum. Flurish has designed resources that focus on Self Empowerment, The Basics of Money Management, How to Start a Business, and How to Land a Successful Career.
ADULT SERVICES
Now is the time to take control of your life. If you've been struggling to get over the hump in gaining control over your finances, starting a business, and/or growing in your career our adult services and resources will help you.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Rashia always had a passion for helping the underrepresented population -- especially in the community she grew up in (Hartford, CT). After 10 years in the corporate world she decided to launch Flurish, LLC! Equipped with the knowledge she has gained in life, her business sense, her spiritual journey and her education, Rashia will pour back into her community. She has broken many cycles within her own family and believes her mission is to help others do the same.
